The magic continued the next day, Sunday, June 14, as I gave a 30 minute show for the residents of Bradley Bay Health Center. It was an appreciative group and I was glad to have had the opportunity to provide entertainment. After I finished my last routine I introduced my special guest, the accomplished feline magician and sleight-of-paw artist “The Amazing Morris.” He did his thing and then made the rounds.
Seniors often have the most interesting memories. One gentleman in my audience recalled attending a performance by the great Howard Thurston (1869-1936) in Cleveland’s State Theater. It may very well have been the one documented in this video clip.
